A great detoxing oil; helps combat cellulite and weight gain.
I use fennel a great deal to treat cellulite.
May increase milk flow in nursing mothers, especially if used with lemongrass.
As a herb it is thought to convey longevity, courage and strength
A detoxifying oil which is said to improve circulation Ideal in skin preparations for mature and / or oily, dull skin.
Blends well with Geranuim, Lavender and Rose. Don't use if epileptic as its actions can be nerotoxic to some.
A member of the Umbelliferae family, it is a perennial herb growing up to two metres, with feathery leaves and golden yellow flowers which appear in the summer, followed by large ribbed pale brown seeds. Thought to be a native of Malta , but now grown widely.
