Myrrh
Great skin care oil, useful for treating chapped or mature skin.
Try adding to massage oil (avocado, calendula, rosehip,
jojoba) & benzoin, or a cream base (aloe vera) to
treat 'gardener's hand'.
Use as a mouth wash with a drop in 1/2 a cup of warm water.
Given to Jesus as a precious gift, myrrh is a deep
smelling oil useful for helping ease sorrow, anger, rejection &
promoting feelings of tranquillity, especially when mixed with
frankincense & or rose.
