You have a right to cancel your order

You have a 7 day cooling off period whereby you can return the goods in perfect condition if you wish.
You will be required to cover the cost of returning the goods, but will receive a full refund.

If the goods do not reach you safely, please contact us to arrange return & replacement or refund where required. the only exception to this is if you have had an order made to your specification, in which case you would not be entitled to the 7 day cooling off period.

Statutory rights still apply.
